forces your competition to bypass all your competitors and go straight to you. I dare say, without a competitive advantage, you will find it EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to stand out in your industry and gain "obsessed" raving fans and loyal customers. It could be anything that pulls people to you uniquely and makes them stick to you like glue: -A very specific product or service (you have an exclusive license to sell xyz product) -A unique process of production (your beverage machine uses special filtration that creates a 99.9% fluoride-free drink) -A certain type of customer service (we will call you back within one hour) -A unique selling proposition (our delivery trucks will even deliver to you while you are on
