Last week, I went to the doctor for a follow up visit.
While waiting for the doc, the medical assistant, Natalie, struck up a conversation with me.
Natalie: "So, what do you
do?"
Me: "I'm an attorney by profession, but I rarely practice law. I do a bunch of other things, but I focus mainly on the Chamber of Commerce I started. It takes up a lot of time but I love it."
Natalie: "Oh really? I don't know anyone who started a Chamber of Commerce. What do you do there?"
Me: "I help the members connect and grow their businesses. I'm also preparing for our big annual event in October -- that's always very exciting."
Natalie: "Wow."
Me: "Our keynote speaker is the man who started a company called Orgain. It's a --
"
Natalie: "I love Orgain!!! They have the best protein powder. It tastes so good -- I use it all the time! I can't believe he's your keynote speaker!"
Me: "I honestly didn't know how popular Orgain was until lots of people told me they buy it. Listen -- can you send me
a picture of yourself with your Orgain? I have to tell our people about this!"
