Dear , As I often share some of sales and marketing legend Dan Kennedy's strategies with you, here's Dan 5-step sales formula to use for sales in person or in print. I've personally used it with success, as have many of my clients. This is really the summary of everything you need to know: "Here’s how you lock in those sequential agreements—step by
step: - Hook them immediately: The first “yes” you need is their attention. That’s why your headline or opening statement is critical. In mail, it’s what’s on the envelope. In a webinar, it’s your first 30 seconds.
- Make them feel the problem: Your prospect needs to agree that the problem you’re describing is real, urgent, and worth solving.
- Discredit other
solutions: Persuade them that what they’ve tried before hasn’t worked—and why other options won’t either.
- Show them you’re the solution: This is where you build trust. Make them agree that you’ve got the answer they’ve been looking for.
- Give a clear, direct call to action: Tell them exactly what to do next. Don’t leave it vague or timid. People respond best to specific
instructions."
_______________________________ The problem is, most people think sales is about "making a pitch" (in about one sentence or line and that's it). They might not even actually ASK for the sale. As you can read from the above, there's a lot more to it than
that. If you strictly follow this formula, I assure you, you will close MANY more sales. Have a great weekend! Until next time... And always remember
