Dear Coptic-Con Attendees,
We're only a few days away from the biggest Coptic business event in the history of the diaspora. I can't wait to see you all and hopefully get to learn more about you.
The excitement among the Coptic community is palpable -- I've never seen so much enthusiasm and demand for an
event.
This is an HISTORIC, RECORD-BREAKING convention in more ways than one. Thank you for being a part of it.
NOTES AND REMINDERS:
I want to go over a few things that you should find helpful as you start preparing for
COPTIC-CON 2024 Oct. 18-19.
WHAT TO BRING:
- The most important thing to bring is a positive attitude and a desire to learn, engage and connect with people. I'm sure you'll meet a lot of new people who are interested in meeting you as well.
- Definitely bring plenty of BUSINESS CARDS! First of all, we will ask you to drop a card in the box when you check-in for a chance at a giveaway. Secondly, you will be meeting many people for the first time -- and your business card will help you stay connected after the event.
HOW TO DRESS: Business
Casual / Professional. For the men, jackets are optional, but recommended. A man wearing a jacket, nice pants and a crisp shirt signals that he takes his business seriously. For the ladies, I expect many to be wearing a dress or blouse with skirt/pants (something they might be wearing to a business meeting or a nice restaurant). For both men and women, please avoid wearing outfits that resemble gym attire. Remember, the Coptic Chamber brings together the cream of the crop of the Coptic
community. Let's dress in a way that conveys that. Thank you.
HOTEL: You know by now the hotel where both nights take place is the Hilton Meadowlands, 2 Meadowlands Plaza, East Rutherford, NJ 07073
FRIDAY NIGHT: Friday night,
we will have a Meet and Greet for any of the registrants who want to get a head start on the networking and mingling with fellow attendees. It will be at the Hilton Meadowlands Bergen Social restaurant lounge/PDR.
SATURDAY ALL DAY: Saturday will be a long, but exciting, day. Doors open at 8:00 AM and we should be concluding at approximately 5:00 PM. Please come early and get to know as
many people as possible. You never know who you might connect with. They could be your next big money client/customer or even introduce you to them. (FOR EXHIBITORS: Please arrive between 6AM-7AM. You need to be completed with set up by 8 AM.)

NOT A COPTIC CHAMBER MEMBER? A lot of registrants are reaching out to me, wanting to join the Coptic Chamber prior to COPTIC-CON. My advice: Wait until the convention because I'm going to make you an offer you can't refuse :)
