A CASHIER PROVES MARKETING WORKS!
Walking through Publix Supermarket on Monday (two days ago)...
I was in one of my moods of trying a new frozen pizza (call me a glutton for punishment).
I picked up a DiGiorno Thin
Crust. I never had it before and the photo on the box looked good.
So, I put it in my cart and proceeded towards the checkout lane.
The cashier takes one look at it and says:
"It's Not Delivery, It's DiGiorno!"
Instantly, I realized she and I had succumbed to the power of a good tagline.
The truth is, while shopping for pizza, I thought of the tagline subconsciously. The cashier, however, said it out loud.
And you know what that means? It means YOU need to come up with a STRONG, MEMORABLE, UNIQUE tagline for your business ASAP.
Why? Because it works.
Taglines immediately put you at an advantage over your competitors because they allow you to purchase real estate in your customer's head.
