Here's some good advice:
If want to create an unbreakable bond with your clients/customers/patients, there are lots of things you
can (and should do)... but...
... Gluing them to you with Crazy Glue is not one of them (and, certainly, eating it is even worse! -- DON'T EVEN DO THAT, obviously).
So... what should you do to create SUPER LOYAL buyers?
Here Are 15 Ideas:
1 -- Be their cheerleader and encourager
2 -- Remember their birthday and call/send a card/send a gift
3 -- Connect them with others who can help them or help their business (without being asked to)
4 -- Send them a newsletter on a regular basis
to stay connected
5 -- Give them honesty (yes, vulnerability and transparency are bond you like crazy!)
6 -- Follow and like their posts on social media
7 -- Compliment them behind their back (it usually gets back to them -- and they will love you for it!)
8 -- Surprise them with a gift card or thank you note the business they've given you

-- Find a reason to gift them an UNEXPECTED, UNASKED FOR discount
10 -- Support them if they have a business event, family celebration, etc.
11 -- Support them in times of trouble and grief
12 -- Give value beyond what your client/customer paid for -- exceed expectations
13 -- Reward loyalty (also create a loyalty program)
14 -- Ask for
customer feedback (hint: this is a great marketing opportunity)
15 -- Rally around a cause or non-profit that is meaningful to your customer
Any others? Sure there are. But this is a good start and will get the juices flowing...
