TEACHABLE MOMENT (when doing business in
general): 1 -- When someone sends you a referral, you should contact them and let them know you received the referral, thank them and promise them that you will take good care of the new client/customer. 2 -- When you are the person who asked for the referral, you should contact the person who gave you the referral and let them know how things went. Again, I am not making this about the Coptic Chamber. This is solid advice for you generally in your day to day business. Communication, appreciation, and validation (C.A.V.) go a very long way in keeping your stream of referrals flowing. Until next
