Dear ,
In putting this list together, I started realizing that there are many, MANY things to thank God for.
Honestly, it was overwhelming.
Limiting it to only 10 was extremely challenging.
I encourage you
to take a few minutes and do the same (it won't take more than 5 or 10 minutes).
By listing the things you're thankful for, you become much more appreciative of what you have, regardless of how much you have. God takes care of us. Always.
So, without further ado, here it is:
10 Things I'm Thankful For
1 -- My wife, sons, brothers and families, uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and other family
members. And for all my friends (including my church friends, those from St. Anne's school, Holmdel High School, Monmouth College, and all others along the way) who are like family.
2 -- The most incredibly supportive and generous group of Coptic business owners and professionals -- they comprise the Coptic Chamber. They are like a second family to
me.
3 -- My father confessor and the various spiritual guides who illuminate for us the way to Christ
4 --The most amazing parents (who have reposed in the Lord) who raised my brothers and me to be MEN, and taught us to love
our beloved Coptic Orthodox Church
5 -- My limbs, my senses, my health
6 -- God's love and forgiveness
7 -- Pizza (it was either that or macarona bil beshamel :)
8 -- Being a descendant of the Pharaohs and hailing from the Land of the Pyramids and the Sphinx
9 -- GPS, quite possibly the greatest
invention ever
10 -- Living in the United States of America, Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave (and praying God keep it that way)
I WISH YOU AND YOURS A VERY HAPPY, BLESSED AND SAFE
THANKSGIVING!
P.S. Feel free to share with me what you're thankful for, and, hopefully, I can share them with everyone next week.
Until next time...
