So, late last night I emailed you the highlight reel of last year's
Coptic-Con.
I received a lot of great comments.
But what really got me was when I received several emails responding to the P.S. at the end of the email...
... wanting more information about the EARLY BIRD SUPER DEAL
I mentioned on sponsorships for Coptic-Con 2023.
One member emailed: Will you be offering any new sponsorship this year? I'd be interested.
To be honest...
I Was Stumped!
I wasn't planning on offering any sponsorship categories. I figured we'd offer the same levels as last year and we'd end up with 12 to 15 sponsors or so.
And then... just as I was falling asleep at 1:30am... the
LIGHTBULB WENT OFF!
I realized I could create a new sponsorship category and call it...
The Exclusive Luncheon Sponsor!
So, I jumped out of bed and started writing this email.
This sponsor would be highlighted in a way that's never been done in the history of Coptic-Con.
Here's what the Exclusive Luncheon Sponsor will
receive:
1 -- ONLY 1 SPONSOR WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THIS LEVEL. Yes, only 1.
2 -- A specially designed card that will be placed on top of every place setting at lunch prior to seating (see design above)
3 -- The specially designed card will also be included with the other sponsors' materials and also placed on the sponsor table
4 -- A top listing on the Coptic-Con 2023 Sponsors signage placed throughout the event
AND FINALLY (we've never done
this before!)...
5 -- The Exclusive Lunch Sponsor will be given 2 minutes to speak at the podium prior to lunch about their business or any special offers they're making to the attendees... and then... once they finish, they can invite everyone to the lunch buffet (that they're sponsoring!).
What's the Value of This Extraordinary Opportunity?
Well, if you're like some of our 2022 sponsors, this could be worth tens of thousands of dollars to you or more. Our sponsors receive ongoing and substantial exposure throughout Coptic-Con... and they land big deals, new clients and
referrals.
If I were pricing this just before Coptic-Con, I would offer it for $2,500-$3,000 (at least), considering the immense exposure, speaking opportunity and the fact that you would be the ONE AND ONLY LUNCH SPONSOR AT THIS LEVEL.
But I also realize that this is an
EARLY BIRD SUPER SPECIAL and I want to make it super attractive to you.
For one member, the fee for the Exclusive Lunch Sponsorship is only $1,000.
This
is a true bargain for the benefits you'll be receiving.
But There's a Catch
Even if you're ready to jump in and want to spot, you can't buy it just yet.
1 -- First, I ask you to reply to this email ASAP and let me know you're interested and if you plan on paying the $1,000 by Zelle, Venmo or PayPal.
2 -- Second, if you haven't sponsored Coptic-Con before, please tell me a bit about your business so I know a bit more about you.

This is an EARLY BIRD SUPER DEAL for an exclusive lunch sponsorship at Coptic-Con 2023. You will be the
ONLY sponsor in this level. You'll receive many benefits including a special place card on every plate at lunch and the opportunity to speak to the audience for 2 minutes just prior to lunch.
Rather than pay upwards of $3,000 for this sponsorship closer to the time of Coptic-Con, it's now being offered for only $1,000.
