Dear ,
It's Friday and I hope you have a great weekend.
But first I just want to share this thought with you. Maybe it resonates.
The older I get, the more I realize that EVERYTHING is a lesson.
EVERYTHING -- every experience (bad, good or in the middle) -- can give me insight, new ideas, new experiences.
For some reason, I was never of this mindset growing up.
Maybe you understand what I mean: everything had to be just so... and if it wasn't... it was bad. It was a failure. I had to go back to the drawing board.
I never gave things time to simmer. I needed instant satisfaction, instant (or near instant) results, instant success.
But life doesn't work that way.
There are plenty of bumps, potholes, U-Turns and other difficulties along the way.
But if you continue driving... moving ahead with determination on the road... eventually you'll get there.
The key is learn from EVERYTHING thrown your way. Get better. Improve and keep your eye on the prize.
Make it an awesome weekend!
And, remember, K.I.C. (Keep It Coptic).
