The missing piece to your marketing...

I've recently been critiquing some marketing pieces and noticed a common theme.
The advertisements included all the essential elements:
-Headline
-Name
-Phone Number
-Website Address
-Descriptive Information
... and other basic elements.
You know what was missing?
An Offer!
For whatever reason, business owners have no problem advertising their products or services... but when it comes time to making an offer, they either skip that part entirely or they barely mention it.
THERE'S NO EXCUSE FOR THAT.
If you are struggling making sales, then examine your offer.
For example, I did some consulting for a dental practice many years ago. The dentist was already mailing postcards, but was disappointed that she had received ZERO phone calls.
When I asked to see the postcard, the most glaring thing I noticed was the lack of an offer.
Within two days, we had restructured the postcard and added a special offer for the first 12 callers who respond to the postcard: "Free Consultation, Free X-Rays and 50% Off of the First Procedure."
You know what happened?
All 12 appointments were filled in less than one week of the mailing.
That's how you do it!
And, listen, don't just make some soft, weak offer. As they said in the Godfather,
Make Them an Offer They Can't Refuse!
Regardless of your business, regardless of your profession, you can make your customers an irresistible offer to boost business.
You'll be amazed at the difference a killer offer will make.
