I'd like you to think seriously about how you can offer your same product or service but do it in a different, novel or unique way.
Many of the big companies already know this equals more sales.
For example, years ago, Kraft Macaroni & Cheese first introduced its product in a box that contained the pasta and cheese sauce (or dehydrated cheese). The directions were boil the pasta, add the cheese and some milk.
Years later, they began offering "ready-made" boiler packs for quicker prep time.
Same product, different delivery.
Years later, they realized kids liked to have it in their lunchbox or as snacks and so they made lunch size little bowls that you just add want to and nuke.
Same product, different delivery.
Has Kraft suffered because of all the different variations? Absolutely not. In fact, its sales has increased.
Similarly, the Medical Profession...
The medical profession has recently been doing the same delivery enhancement. It's called TELE-HEALTH. With coronavirus, its popularity has skyrocketed.
Same "product," different delivery.
In the Legal Profession...
I knew of a lawyer who was conducting many of his initial consultations via Skype 10 YEARS AGO to accommodate demand and his rigorous travel schedule. Did it work? Like gangbusters. People were amazed at the new technology that allowed them to talk to their lawyer via "satellite"
Same product, different delivery.
My Question to You:
How can you continue doing what you do but offer a different or novel delivery system?
it might be a different format, different size, different technology, different use, different quantity, and so on. The point is, if you think outside the box and give your customer something they've always wanted (or maybe didn't even know they wanted), you can be on top of the mountain.
Please give it some though.
