I hope you take this email very seriously.

To be completely honest with you, I am in the process of deciding whether to proceed with our annual convention this year: Coptic-Con 2020.

The reason is, obviously, COVID-19 has impacted all live events and may continue to do so for awhile.

Although last year's event, our first Coptic-Coon, was a big success, there are a number of factors to weigh in deciding whether to move ahead with the event this year. So, please, I really need your feedback on this. How you respond will have a significant impact on our plans for Coptic-Con.

The question is as follows:

AS OF RIGHT NOW, assuming the COVID-19 issues are mostly under control, and assuming your schedule allows it, are you interested in attending Coptic-Con in Oct./Nov. in Fort Lauderdale?

A) Yes, I've been looking forward to it and wouldn't miss it

B) Yes, I think I'll be able to make it

C) I'm not sure

D) No, I don't think I'd want to risk it because of COVID-19

E) No, I don't think I'd be able to make it for other reasons

F) No, I'm not interested in this

F) Yes, No or Maybe for other reasons not stated (please specify)

Sorry for all the options but I wanted to cover all the bases.

Of course, things are completely fluid right now and how you answer now may not be what you ultimately do. I fully understand that. But I need to gauge from now what everyone is thinking.
