I just wanted to let you know that I won't be emailing any newsletters next week. Even though most of us won't be physically in church, this is still an important time for us. I wish you a blessed Holy Week.
Also, if you need to get in touch with us next week, please email our help desk and we'll do our best to get back to you as soon as possible. The email is: help@copticchamber.com.
Finally, I touched on pivoting your business to deal with COVID-19. Here are four things you can do:
1. ADJUST THE DELIVERY METHOD OF YOUR PRODUCT OR SERVICE - Yesterday, I told you about Dr. Wagdy Tadros adjusting his delivery method of his pain management practice from in-person to telemedicine. Can you apply the same idea to your business? Virtual tours? Zoom? Webinar,
etc.?
2. ADJUST THE OFFER FOR YOUR PRODUCT OR SERVICE - Many businesses have changed their pricing/offer to accommodate the current economic climate. I drove by a restaurant today that had a sign that said, "LUNCH PICK UP ONLY -- SPECIAL PRICING, CALL 954 XXX=XXXX" By adding "special pricing,"
I guarantee that it will pull in more calls for orders.
3. ADJUST THE MESSAGE WHEN MARKETING YOUR PRODUCT OR SERVICE - Are you marketing your business like nothing has changed? Completely ignoring the coronavirus situation? That's a mistake because your customer/client/patient has corona fully on their mind. You must use the right
buzz words and messaging related to corona in order to enter the conversation they're having in their minds right now.
4. SHOW YOUR FACE MORE - Many business owners are used to working behind the scenes and focusing more on their business having the exposure, as opposed to putting the focus on themselves. This is a mistake. Now, more than ever, you must be the face of your business, show your face more
and get people to connect you with your business. Your customer needs the reassurance that you're around and won't go anywhere.
I hope these helped. Let's all pray for each other and for the safety and health of our brothers and sisters in the U.S., Egypt and all over the world.
Until next time. Please stay safe.
And, remember, K.I.C. (Keep It Coptic).
