Every buying decision made is viewed through the following prism:
What Am I Getting for the Money I'm Spending?
I don't care what you sell or what your business is: Every single one of your customers/patients/clients wants to know if they are receiving good value.
Think about it: When was the last time one of your customers didn't mind being overcharged? NEVER.
When was the last time someone hired you and didn't care about the results? NEVER.
When was the last time you took money from your customers and assured them the results would be mediocre -- and they were fine with it? NEVER.
All of this centers around one thing: VALUE.
Everyone wants, expect and even demands value. I dare say this applies not just to business, but in every aspect of life: If the price of what you're being charged isn't exceeded by the effort or money or time or energy you put in, you'll feel short changed.
See how important value is?
And it's up to you to build value whenever selling your products or services because value is largely a subjective matter. You want to OVERWHELM YOUR CUSTOMER WITH VALUE so that there's no dispute as to whether doing business with you is "worth it."
