So, when I say "GO BIG," like I did a couple of days ago, what do I mean? I mean look at various aspects of your business and see how you can CRANK IT UP!
For example:
1. Have you made a BIG OFFER to your current list of customers or new customers? Offers that are irresistible and can get the blood flowing again in your company.
2. Have you made a BIG PROMISE to attract new business? Make a promise that's extraordinary (but deliverable) and watch customers flock to you.
3. Have you set BIG GOALS for your business? Enough with crawling. It's time to sprint! Expand your goals and stretch your capabilities.
4. Have you bought BIG EQUIPMENT OR TECHNOLOGY to potentially make your business 2 or 3 or 5 times more productive?
5. Have you made a BIG HIRE, i.e. brought someone on board who can help free up your time and be a contact person for your customers/clients/patients?
6. Have you come up with any BIG IDEAS that will potentially reshape your business for explosive growth? If you were with us at COPTIC-CON 2019, you heard Dr. Andrew Nashed give a gripping presentation on how to come up with big, breakthrough ideas.
7. Have you come up with a BIG SHIFT in how you run, market or manage your business? For example, maybe you have committed to getting a testimonial from every satisfied customer in writing, and if possible, in video.
8. Are you considering a BIG EXPANSION for your business? More office space? Relocation? Add a new location? Merge with another company/firm/practice?
I'm sure you can think of many other ways of GOING BIG in your business that I haven't mentioned here. I'd love to hear your thoughts. But, more importantly, I'd love to see you GO BIG in some way. Any way.
