This serves as a reminder...
Dear ,
As I'm sure you've heard, yesterday, Kobe Bryant (NBA legend), his 13 year old daughter Gianna and 7 others died in a helicopter crash in Calabassass, California.
There were no survivors.
Very sad and tragic news, especially if you were a basketball fan and appreciated Kobe's incredible skill.
I have lots of ways to parallel Kobe's life with the life of a successful entrepreneur -- and I'll do that in due time. However, today I want to share a great Facebook post with you from Abouna David Hanna.
Yesterday, Fr. David wrote the following:

"As I was mourning Kobe and the others who passed away today, 3 FACTS kept coming to my mind:
1. The FRAILTY of life
St. James says, “whereas you do not know what will happen tomorrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapor that appears for a little time and then vanishes away.” (4:14)
2. The FUTILITY of life
No amount of fame, money, or even good deeds alone can get us into the kingdom. Our Lord says, “For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul?” (Mark 8:34-35)
3. The FUNDAMENTALS of life
The purpose of this life is to be in communion with God through our continual repentance and prayer. To have a personal relationship with Jesus is to experience heaven while we are on this Earth. The true Christian is ready and eager to be with our Maker."

I wish you a healthy and joyful life, always being surrounded by those whom you love and offer you unconditional support.
Have a blessed day.
Until next time.
And, remember, K.I.C. (Keep It Coptic).
