No complicated formulas... no heavy analysis.
For example:
I had a chiropractor client about 10 years ago, who was new to practice, who was struggling to bring in more patients.
So, I asked him the question above.
He didn't know the answer...
He had little idea what his patients wanted, but then he started asking them.
it turns out the main problems were that they would just have some pain and didn't want to have to come see him forever.
Also, they wanted to come in and see him only whenever they needed a quick fix.
Although it was smart business on his part to want to lock them into long-term treatments, it was ultimately hurting him financially because patients were sometimes unhappy.
So we put a strategy together that gave the patient control of getting a quick-fix, with the option of enjoying regular, frequent adjustments.
No pressure, no pushy selling.
In less than 6 months, his revenues had jumped by 40% and his referrals had increased by about 20%.
All this because my client learned what his patients' pain points were (no pun intended) and found a way to fix them.
