Dear ,
Ok, I'm not saying you definitely make this marketing mistake, but you probably do.
Regardless of what your business (or professional practice) is, I've seen this blunder time and time again.
It's a costly blunder.
In fact, if you avoid it, it can help save you from chasing after the latest, greatest shiny new marketing object.
What is it? It's that...
You Stop Marketing to Your Customers/Clients/Patients
After Their First Transaction With You
In other words, someone buys from you (or hires you) once, and then you leave it up to them to come back to you when they feel like it. They may never hear from you again.
Where's the follow up? Where's the continuous marketing?
Big mistake!
Instead, you must develop an ongoing marketing strategy that allows you to be constantly "in their face" all the time. That way, instead of getting one bite out of the apple with the initial sale or transaction, you can take multiple bites out of that shiny apple.
It will save you on marketing costs...
It will save you on marketing hassles...
It will lower your marketing risk... and...
It will strengthen your bond with your customers/clients/patients... which means...
Even more business and potential referrals.
So what are the steps for ongoing marketing with your current list of customers?
Tune in tomorrow -- I'll give you the details.
That's it for now.
In the meantime, K.I.C. (Keep It Coptic!)
