Dear ,
In sales there's a saying:
Delay Is Death!
In other words, the more time passes from the moment someone contacts you for information about your product or service, the less likely they are to make a purchase.
This is true 99.9% of the time.
Why is that the case?
Because a million and one things can happen in between that will hinder the sale.
Or, as they say, life gets in the way.
People may have good intentions, and truly do want to buy from you, but as more time passes, lots of different things pop up that change the circumstances.
So, what you do you instead?
In your business, always try to get your prospect/customer to move swiftly. Navigate them to sign up with you now, retain you now, buy from you now, make their decision to move ahead now.
(And, yes, it can do done without being pushy or overbearing or annoying. The key is to give a good reason why they shouldn't wait.)
It won't help your prospect any if they delay buying (they'll eventually miss out on what you have to offer)... and... you'll certainly miss out on the sale if they delay.
So, clearly, delay is a lose-lose for all parties involved.
Do your best to prevent that from happening!
Until next time...
