I frequently get the question:
How do I grow my business?
They say: I try to do this, I try to do that, I use this method or that method. Is there a magic formula?
"Magic" formula? No. But there is "a" formula for growing your business -- any business -- and it consists of three and only three possibilities;
1. Increase the number of clients/customers (this also means turning more prospects into customers)
2. Increase the average transaction (getting each customer to pay more at time time of purchase)
3. Increase the frequency that the average customer buys from you (getting each customer to buy from you more often)
That's it. Now matter how you slice it, those are the only three ways to do it.
Obviously, the best thing is to do all 3. If you can't do all 3 things, then do 2. If that's too difficult, then start with one.
Don't you like that it's so simple to understand?
Whichever method(s) you select, just do something! Start somewhere, rev up the engine.
By the way, this 3-growth formula was developed by business consultant extraordinaire Jay Abraham (look him up). His stuff is amazing.
