Dear ,
I have a question to ask you.
The answer will help me... but... there's also a lesson to be learned here.
But before I ask it, I'll share a tip with you:
The best people to provide you with market research is your already built-in audience (your clients, your customers -- past and present).
So, for example, if you're a financial planner and you're putting together an ad or a
marketing piece, you might want to know what your clients' biggest financial worry is right now. Why? Because their answer will identify their pain points. This will allow you to address them.
So you send an email to your list and you ask them that question -- about their biggest financial worry. And let's say that the overwhelming response is, "Is there a way to retire comfortably
even if I don't have a ton of money stashed away?"
So, what you do is you create your advertisement with the following headline:
How to Retire Comfortably Even If You Barely Have Any Savings
And then
you discuss how it's possible to retire well even if you're not a millionaire right now -- and if they want more details, they can contact you.
I'll bet you'll get a great response using that headline.
Having that the knowledge of what your audience is worried about is truly important and useful
information. Useful for marketing, but also useful in helping your clients.
So, what's my question?
Well, it's not much different than the question I posed above. My question is:
What's Your Biggest Challenge
In Running Your Own Business?
I would love to know what bothers you, what troubles you -- what keeps you up at night. I'd like the Coptic Chamber to be able to help you resolve all your business-related issues.
And so...
... If you would take a second to just answer this question for me (just reply to this email), I would really appreciate it.
Again, the question is:
What's Your Biggest Challenge In Running Your Own Business?
I'll be looking forward to hearing from you. Thank you!
By the way, if you don't have an email list of your current and past customers/clients, start assembling one. Then you can
stay in contact with them and email them new and exciting offers. It's really a shame if you don't do this.

Until next time...
Your
friend,
