Margaritaville called me yesterday with the surprising news...

We are just under two months away from Coptic-Con.
Already, all the sleeping rooms are almost sold out.
Yes, it's surprising, I know. Margaritaville (the hotel we're holding the event at), called me yesterday with the news:
There Are Only 5 Sleeping Rooms Left... And They Don't Think they Can Give Us Any More
This came as a shock to me because I guess part of me
thought if all the rooms sold out, they'd just give us some more at the special Coptic-Con price. No problem.
Wrong.
From the looks of it, it appears that once our block of rooms sells out, that's it. No more special price... they won't give us anymore rooms because it will be prime season and they can easily sell the rooms for about
double the price.
And, in case you're wondering, we're getting a really good deal on these rooms. Rather than pay the normal rate of around $459/night, we're only paying $279/night.
So... if you're coming to Coptic-Con and plan on getting a sleeping room at the hotel, PLEASE BOOK YOUR ROOM ASAP! Take my word on this: If you don't do this right away, you could miss out on this great rate.

reservations - our group code is COP1111 – you must enter this
code under the “Group Code” field to attain the discounted group room rate.
Alternatively, if you'd like to call the Reservation Center, just call 954-874-4444 to make your reservation – you will have to reference the group code to attain the group rate.
Also, if you haven't purchased your Coptic-Con admission ticket yet, don't wait for that either. There are only a handful of EARLY BIRD spots still
available.
