I'll admit, this caught even me by surprise.

You know how they say Egyptians wait to the last minute to do anything?
Apparently, that doesn't apply to Egyptians buying Coptic Chamber Dinner tickets... because... our New Jersey people are gobbling up seats left and right.
I just checked and...
Nearly 30% of the $65 (Early Bird) Tickets
Have Already Been Bought!
Wow, shocker! In a span of 24 hours, almost 1/3 of the tickets set aside at $65 are gone.
And the thing is, yes, some are buying single tickets... but we also have multiple purchases of 4 tickets, 2 tickets, etc. That tells me people are brining spouses, associates, friends and so forth.
So, my message to you is, please jump on this right away and get all the tickets you need for yourself and others NOW... because... pretty soon, I'll be telling you the $65 tickets are sold out. And then the price will go to $75.
The second thing is, I want to share a tip with you that has served many of my clients well... especially those who aren't necessarily very outgoing. I want you to remember (and memorize) this saying:
"The Money Is In the Follow Up!"
In other words, you're more likely to sell or close a deal with follow up than you are from the initial pitch.
For whatever reason, people think that if someone doesn't buy right away, or they don't hear back from the prospect immediately, then that is the end of the relationship. NOTHING COULD BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH!
The fact is, most sales require two and three and four follow ups (or more) before anything gets done. It's just the nature of the beast.
And if you don't want to use the phone to call to follow up, send an email or even text (if you have that kind of relationship).
But never ever ever assume a deal is dead if you don't hear back after the first contact... because...
THE MONEY IS IN THE FOLLOW UP!
